Sanding - 37" widebelt sander (Can also be used as a planner with a coarse grit belt.)
Pre Finishing- Spray booth utilizing HVLP equipment.
Shaping & profiling - Three shapers with Multiple cutters and Power feeders.
CNC cutting shaping and routing. Multicam Router with 4' x 8' table.
Jointing - 12" long bed jointer
Planning - 18" thickness planner
welding, bracket making etc.

Above: I've taken delivery of a contractors material Milled out some trim components, stained all the material and, am applying 2 coats of finish. With This being done off site the contractor is preparing the jobsite for the installation of this material and can move the job along a steady pace.
This was a custom made trim unit to be applied to the interior of thee individual window units.
For this exterior trim, these parts were all cut Using the CNC router out of PVC sheet stock. Utilizing the CNC means these parts are perfect radiuses. No wiggly cuts here!
