Commercial Projects:
Commercial jobs bring a level of professionalism that needs to be adhered to throughout the project.
Some of the larger projects I've been involved with, Such as the complete renovation of the Red Carriage Commons Building (above) In North Conway NH.(Formerly the Carriage Inn) Involved aspects of dealing with the Town planning board, and code enforcement officers, at a level which rarely exists in residential Projects.
From site plan, Parking, Traffic Flow, Drainage, to Designing for life safety code implementation, to conveniences and creature comforts geared toward the general public, All these issues add substancially to the volume of involvement by the General Contractor.
Being a partial owner of the Red Carriage Commons and also setting up a portion of the Building for a Artisans Gallery (to be Owned and operated by my wife and myself) had me putting alot of heart and soul into this project, For Which I am extremely proud of the Results.

More Of The Red Carriage Commons:
The original structure was built in 1876. Over the years additions were made, sections removed and other alterations along the way. I tried to restore the building to as close to the original footprint ,while also trying to retain as much of the New England Barn Charm as possible while completely gutting and upgrading all the mechanical and structural systems.
